We started working with Brie about a year ago looking to buy condo’s in the Palm Beach area. She listened to what we were looking for and provided a range of realistic options to us. Over the course of the year, whenever we contacted her she responded immediately and knowledgeably. Brie gave us great advice during the search and negotiation process. We recently closed on a property that is a good fit for us. We would highly recommend Brie. A true professional and a pleasure to work with.

Mark and Brie are amazing! They know their stuff and treat their clients with the utmost respect and care. All agents are not built the same and that statement definitely applies to Coffee Cake and real estate. If you are looking to pursue any type of real estate goals, make sure to reach out to them first!

I had difficulties finding a new apartment that would be in my budget and preferably close to work. I switched 3 agents and nothing seemed to be clicking. Then I discovered Brie, who was super friendly, knowledgeable and had platt of options for me. She and her father helped me find a beautiful renewed apartment that was well under my budget and 5 minutes to work. I don’t know what would I do if not for coffee cake and real estate.

M. Leskovar

Wonderful service with understanding of one’s wants and needs. Definitely would recommend the team!

H. Liu

Brie is lovely! I was so impressed with her professionalism and dedication to her business. I appreciate her attention to detail and fast response.

J. Bastida

Brie went well beyond what a normal real estate broker does. Having bought many properties over the years, I have never experienced such attention to detail that we received from Brie. This was very important as we were doing the transaction from long distance. She was our “eyes and ears” on the ground in Palm Beach and the deal would not have closed without her.

K. Detz

This was my second time Mark represented me as buyer. Always on hand to provide answers to queries. Mark also got me the best deals on both properties.

R. Seville

We worked with Brie to find a home and she was professional, patient, and responsive. She was always on top of everything and made the process as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend.

S. Patel

Brie (and Mark) helped us a lot to find a place in SOBE. She was always a reliable source of information, very prompt in communications, knowledgeable about areas of interest and patient in our never-ending stream of questions.

All-in-all: amazing personality and great experience.

N. Rakita

I have worked with real estate agents for forty years, and I can say unequivocally that Brie Segota is the best in the business. She was always available for showings, well prepared to answer every question I had, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. She tended to every detail of the closing often making phone calls on my behalf to lawyers, the title company, and the building manager. Now that we have closed on our seasonal “home,” Brie has agreed to check it twice a month to make sure everything is as it should be. It was absolutely a pleasure to work with this knowledgeable, honest young lady! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing team with great understanding of ones needs and desires. Love quick responses and overall help in the home buying experience. I would strongly recommend the team.

Speaking about Brie it is very easy. There is no words to express how grateful I am. If you are looking for a realtor that is second to none don’t look any further. My budget wasn’t big, however Brie worked with me and helped my find an apartment that would fit my budget. The entire time she was communicating with me and updating me about the process. No matter if you are a big investor or just someone that is looking for your dream home she will be committed to get you the best deal.

M. Russo

Mark helped me find the ideal condo and was a great asset in helping me get approved by the HOA.
